Encroached privacy. At around 6:50 am while we were still asleep, hotel visitors entered the room guided by the hotel staff. We were disturbed and alarmed. Called up the desk only to tell us they are sorry they have given an incorrect room number, no other explanation. I explained that the door was double-locked on the inside, how come? Said they have the key, so sad for that kind of hotel.

Location is perfect. The rooms are clean, towels and toiletries are provided. The building is old, but there was no bad smell. It was decent. Be prepared, the room is small, even for 4. The room has 2 beds and that's all that could fit. The bed was comfortable at first, but the mattress was too soft, it gave me back ache in the morning. There are no hotel slippers or robes. When we checked in, there was no bell boy to assist us. In the morning, we ordered food and we think they forgot about it. We followed up after an hour of waiting (it was just pizza and pasta) and we were told that they had other orders on queue. Our food was finally brought to our room after 1 hour and 30mins.
