The room was nice and clean Nothing

It’s inside a village / gated subdivision. It’s proximity to Seda / Abreeza mall Beware of the layout here. We were placed in the new property across the street from the main hub. Having to leave the building and cross a road every time we wanted to swim or eat completely ruined the convenience. It honestly felt like we were staying at a neighbor's property and just visiting the main hotel. Even ordering room service felt awkward because the staff had to walk so far from the main kitchen. Not the seamless, relaxing stay we expected.

We don't have a hot water and we didn't shower until the morning.

Aircon almost floor level and blowing directly to head part of bed thus blowing straight on my head Can't move the bed, permanently fixed.

Clean but old room. They had signs they are renovating. Awesome value friendly staff. Beautiful pool the food was good also No WiFi. The WiFi was not working .i had emails and other tasks I needed to work on. I was unable. They did give me a small credit upon check out

Breakfast really good I would recommend the pancakes. Pool very clean as well and good restaurant overall Bathrooms smell very bad and the smell affects the room and the comfort of the stay.

Excellent food and outdoor areas to enjoy company and food Room was next to the water pressure pump that had problems and kept cycling multiple times water when used in the area The internet connection again was problematic and kept failing to connect or the wifi provided in Room K had no internet connection.

Its cool and clean, with kitchen were you can cook on your own dish, wala nga lang sila basahan. The place was very much like coz it's accessible to anywhere you go. Very Near to the airport. So far wala naman.

Just photos.. The place they offer on the photos is not the same as like they provide the room.. There were ants a lot in the room it was very small room.. There are rooms not like the villas on the photos.. very small flats
