you need to get the water outside with a pitcher. toiletries need to be requested first. a lot of noisy people outside shouting in the hallway.

Location The towels and bed linens looked dirty and worn out. There was also a bad smell inside the room that made our stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness should really be improved.

Location is near the airport and entertainment area. Staff are friendly. Inside the bathroom, there’s no place where you can put or hang towels, undies. No free bottled water and coffee.

staff is friendly Any positive review of this hotel is a complete lie and probably paid for or inserted by staff. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life . No hot water, so I came down with a cold Mold in the ceiling Paint bubbling off the walls Killed numerous roaches The shower head doesn't work and just sprays water out the top into the shower like a broken pipe Faucet was falling off the sink The safe was not functional Had to unplug the light to turn it on and off Internet barely works and would cut out all the time Furniture was filthy Toilet seat was falling off Toilet ran all night HVAC unit dripped water into the room That's just the start.

The AC! It doesn't get cold in the room. We got the hotel guys to look at it but it still gives the same temperature. But it feels too hassle to transfer rooms so we stayed for 5 days in the same room!
