Location was good close to SM Premier a short walking distance and restaurants nearby..The only thing is the parking to small but,We always get a spot. No electric outlet by the Tv, can't plug the kettle the clothes hanger is above where your coffee tray located.

It was clean and staff are really nice The PWD suite was not a real PDW suite the bathroom was small I barely fitted and the entrance had a step so it’s really not a wheelchair accessible suites as advertised on booking.com

Right next to sm lanang Front driveway needs to be fixed a bit but a new condominium is being constructed nearby so not their fault

Maybe we will get the refund they say there are going to give us for checking out early. Booked queen deluxe rooms and they were smaller twin beds pushed together in a small room. Had issues with the water pressure and they said it was fine. Room was small, floors were sticky, and it smelled. If you use the address on this booking app it takes you to a different place and trying to message the hotel, it took over 12 hours to reply.

Nothing to be honest The room is significantly smaller compared to Microtel. There is only one electrical outlet in the entire room, located behind the fridge, which makes charging devices highly inconvenient. Additionally, no one informed us that we had to request room cleaning. It was only after asking the receptionist that we learned about this policy.

Always feel relaxed after staying here The breakfast is very poor value for money. P250 for half an egg, 1 cup of rice, a banana and a very small amount of beef tapa... More choices are needed. This brings down the standard of the hotel.

The accessibility and ease of the services offered. Most of the personnel at the concierge were very accommodating. There are some minor issues with the room we stayed in such as termites affecting the door, WiFi access was limited due to technical difficulties and the aircon seems to be small for the room.

The location. Just 1 working socket and no light switch near the bed.

Its near my office The room didnt not live up to my expectation. The hotel and the actual room looks way better in picture than in real life. I paid 5k every night but the room looks shabby - the bed doesnt even have a proper bed frame and no one even bother to clean up my room. The hotel is very small for a 3 star hotel.

The location was great it was close to SM Malls There were no closets to properly hang our clothes! No safe deposit box to put our valuables! The cable TV was terrible coz of limited channel selection? Bathroom was messy when one takes a shower!
