The first day I had an issue with my room and I spoke with Mia at the front desk. She was understanding of my situation and she had the perfect solution. Kudos to Mia. During the evening, there was a heavy rain storm and one of the rooms some of my family were staying became flooded. The staff offered the use of the TWO rooms beside the flooded one at no extra charge. After booking out I had not realized that I did not turn in the keys for about 2 hours. I immediately returned to the Hotel and turned in the keys with no issues.

Near SMX Convention Center, the venue of our convention. Very quiet as it was inside a gated subdivision. Room was nice and spacious. It has a separate bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. Perfect for couples or a small family, though the bed was only a full-sized one. You can also buy a gallon of water for 50 pesos for longer stays. I was apprehensive at first in terms of transportation since it was not by the main road but you can ask the front desk to book you a taxi. No problem! Nothing. Only that taxi drivers are not yet familiar with the place as it is fairly new I guess. But it is across Red Knights Garden which taxi drivers are more familiar with.

No breakfast included Needs detail cleaning specially bathrooms... one bathroom, shower room, slow to drain. Also need shower curtain so toilet seats don't get wet.
