I like that the room is clean and tidy. The room is in order and what was expected. The location is not very good and very hard to find using the Google maps. We have to go inside a subdivision and let them keep our ID.

Clean and well-organized. Stairs up to 3rd floor but its comfortable walk.

Wish there is a box to leave key when you check out early. I have to knock for a while and wake someone up to hand them the key

The lovely peaceful neighborhood location surrounded by trees. Decent sheets and towels, friendly facilitative staff. Sound insulation through the walls seemed very good. A terrific smart TV if you're into that. No strong chemical 'air freshener' spray which is a big plus for me. It's a pretty simple and tasteful place, not perfect but good value for money if you're on a budget. I'd definitely stay again, it does it's job well. The hotel does not take any card payments, despite their booking.com polices listing stating that they did, which was one reason i booked initially. There is a 500 peso security deposit. Water pressure was very low sometimes. Rooms aren't large by any means but I'm ok with small.

Normally myself and my Asawa stay with Red planet. But this time we decided to try somewhere new as red planet has gone down hill in Respect of staff attitude.. Super OYO 604 .. Chateau Cinco Dormitel is now definitely our always go to hotel as of now STAFF . So friendly and helpful, and so polite ! I hate GCash payment so the girl on reciption did it all for us with my phone. No hastel.. The room ..so clean and wow surprisingly sooo quiet .we even parked right outside our window.. When ever we went out we always had a space when back to park It's in a Guarded Sub division.. check point in and out and the guards on duty..as always..so very polite and respectful.. The subdivision is lovely, well kept , very pieceful yet only 1 minutes drive to the main road , you hear no traffic at all . In 6 year's here , and many stays in Davao this is without doubt our favorite, quiet , restful.. relaxing place to stay. Thanks staff ..we are returning to you again in three months time .. Ps .. bed ..so comfy. Old style Aircon but don't be fooled it's super super cold if you need it ... excellent. And once checked in no bother your left alone .. Brilliant brilliant.. we loved it ..
