Amazing! Would stay again!

Everything was great except there’s a train that passes often and the horn is right outside the hotel and woke me up often. We had problems with the AC not cooling and making loud noise, they did switch us rooms which helped. It was very clean and comfortable.

My room was the Jr suite and I didn't have a microwave intially. I called frint desk and someone brought me one. Before we went to bed we noticed a bedbug crawling on the mattress, which also did not have the proper protector padding. I did get another room which was on the same floor and no money was compensated. Besides that, my stay was fine. Beautiful hotel, just wish my room was cleaned more throughly before check-in.

Everything was excellent. Such a comfortable bed. Great linens. The pool and spa were clean and pleasant. A luxurious stay.

Beautiful layout. Rooms were clean and had a great bathroom and shower. Rooftop bar was great had live music the night we stayed. Loading and unloading your car. On a street that had traffic. Parking off sight was a little problematic when it was raining

No cereal or coffee for breakfast hair on the bathroom floor extra cost for parking.

We love this hotel. The interior is unique and beautiful. It’s also kept very clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two kids. They were not able to offer any compensation because we booked with Expedia. Expedia, however, was very helpful after the fact. Location was fantastic and close to the farmers market and stadium.

Room was clean & spacious. Parking was convenient. Staff was friendly & helpful

City hotel. Street parking and views of parking garages. Very noisy inside hotel and out. Electronic device neither I nor the staff understood.

This was by far one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in! Beautifully done and a bonus was the very kind staff!
