Been staying here a few weeks while Im in town for work. The staff is very helpful and available 24/7. Had to fix a leak on the sink but ive had no issues especially for the price.
-
Nothing The staff was very rude and when you asked for a phone call back from a manager, they never returned your call.

Having a room with a kitchen sounds great till u realize everyone else on your floor has a kitchen and there is 30 different meals being prepared at the same time in the afternoon, just wasn’t for me, staff was nice, room was livable, tv service would work intermittently. Not terrible but not good.

We arrived and there were two BFA fighting in the parking lot. They carried on from one side of the building to the other. The rooms were old Extended Stay rooms that had Suite name tag added to the name. Definitely not suite quality.

I will never stay at one again, and I will never recommend anyone that I know to stay at one again.

The room was not good at all. We actually walked in and out immediately and found another place to stay. Bed looked like a cot and chair was damaged all over the surface. The maintenance man was very helpful with us since we arrived around 11pm and he helped get us assistance.

The room was absolutely terrible missing pieces to the leather chair cable did not work. Shower was not functional requested another room. They told me they could not do that. Called Expedia and left an email for a refund. I left the very next day would still like my refund.

The worst experience I have ever encountered by staff no lack empathy or professionalism. If there was a negative I would give it to them.

Sink, toilet, shower, and bed all dirty. Hair and stains everywhere. Fortunately had my own sheets/covers/pillows. Dog stains everywhere. Dog next door scratching and making noise all night. Skip.

The room is worn down, poorly maintained. Elevators are malfunction.

I’m not one to leave a review but it’s places like this that make me wonder how a business like this is still opened. Upon arrival, immediately I was met with a smell that smelled of sewer & chemicals. They didn’t have a room I booked so I had to settle for what they had left. On my way to room elevator broke so I had to take stairs to 4th with disabled child- fun! The whole hotel smelled of sewer. There was people walking around with ankle monitors, people arguing very loudly in their rooms. When entering my room i immediately checked sheets- pubic hairs EVERYWHERE. So clearly sheets weren’t changed and bathroom was filled with mold! I of course left immediately & told them I would not be staying. Hours later they charged my card and held onto funds for 5 days. I called and asked they to refund me and they told me their systems were down and had no clue of charge. If I can give this place zero stars I would!! More like a halfway house than a hotel! Disgusting!

Not at all what it looks like in the pictures. The sheets were dirty. The elevator was broken, so I had to walk down four flights of stairs to get clean sheets, and then I had to change the sheets myself.

Nothing. Upon entering the building, it stunk. We stood and waited to be checked in. My husband ended up having to call to get the lady to acknowledge the front desk phone ringing. Once she finally got us checked in we went to our room. The elevator seemed very shaky and honestly thought at any moment it was going to stop working. When entering we noticed the floor extremely dirty, unsure if they ever sweep or mop. The blinds broken and no way to shut them. Food stuck in the air conditioning unit. The chair completely ripped up. The bed. Omg! Pulled the cover down to find the sheet covered in hair, blood on the sheet in several spots. Immediately grabbed our belongings and decided to leave. We stopped at the front desk to check out and inform the employee of how gross that room was but once again, she wasn’t to be found. According to the signs for employees you can see from the front desk, Quan isn’t running a good building. I highly suggest not stopping at this place, keep driving and remember you get what you pay for. That room was 86 after tax. Few miles down the road was a very nice and clean Holiday Inn & Express.
