Extended Stay America Select Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Airport - West

I killed three Roaches in the room, The Sheets were not clean, I called the guys at desk and got no response.The Front desk was locked down after 11.

The rooms are awesome and the beds are lovely! I never have an issue with this hotel. I really want to give Greg! A big thanks with my check in everything goes smooth and a timely manner!.

Ms.Asia always helpful and wonderful and really know her craft in the work field.

Bathroom toilet not clean! Bathroom floors coming up! You can everyone that walks in the hall and their conversation. Tv not working! Fridge was stained

I didn’t feel safe in the elevator.

Absolutely nothing good to say about them. I showed up at the hotel. And I was told they didn't have no room for 3 adults ?. And they can't afford to accommodate me, and I need to cancel thru booking. After I pay for the accommodation and show up no space for me

I will not recommend this place to anyone, I didn’t even stay. The two nights that I booked. The floors were sticky. The room was terrible. No customer service in the front. I couldn’t even find an employee. to check out because I could not stay there that night. The sink was physically broken as well as not functioning. Stewardess were rude, dirty, and obnoxious.

This property is the best! And thanks to Ms.Asia she really be on point and know her stuff! No hassle when checking in! Always greet with a smile and remember faces! So I love this property!

What I love about this property is it’s in a nice area and everything is close and yes you are by the highway but you don’t hear the cars passing by on the highway! And room is clean and neat!

NEED TO FIRST CHECK THE TOWELS BECAUSE ONE OF THIS WAS DIRTY WOW AND OTHER THE TV NO HAVE SIGNO I CAN NOT SEE TV.

The sink and the bathroom would not drain properly the water would fill up and then come out. There were quite a few people there that were very loud and you could hear them and sleeping was difficult for an extended stay I was quite surprised and disappointed.
