The guest next door keep slamming their door. I constantly have to go to the front desk because the door key would not work. The carpet in the room did not smell clean. I had to leave before the time and stay somewhere else.

Good water pressure in one room. Close to location where we were visiting. Claire, the receptionist who checked me in was as helpful as she could be under the poor circumstances she was in based on poor management. Directly across from a Costco. Took 1.5 hours to get checked in. We traveled with my 95-year-old grandfather, and we needed two rooms side by side. The first rooms they put us in had a leak from a light fixture on the ceiling and the other room had no weather strip on the bottom of the door and there was a wad of gum stuck to the lamp. The space under the door was big enough for large bugs to come through, and the heat and noise to enter the room. I went back to reception where Claire tried her best for over an hour to get us another room that was side by side and on the first floor considering the elevator wasn't working. At one point, she had to leave the office to search for the cleaning employee to see if the room was ready (it wasn't). Claire was doing everything alone at the front desk. I arrived at 3:15pm and finally got our room keys to the rooms we stayed in at 4:45pm. 1. The freezers in both rooms were completely frozen over and covered in ice. 2. In one room, it looked like no one bothered to clean the room properly, just made the bed. There was dirt, sand, and what looked like pubic hairs still on the fitted shit on my bed underneath the flat sheet and comforter in the newly made bed. I could feel the rough abrasions on my feet when I went to sleep that night. There was food under the bed and on the kitchen floor. There are numerous other issues as seen in photos attached. 3. In the other room, a thick layer of dust covering the dresser and table, like a thick residue. The closet clothes rack and towel rack in the bathroom hang precariously from exposed screws. 4. Original rooms had leak from light fixture with large puddle on the floor, gum stuck to bedside lamp, photos included. 5. There were roaches in the room. 6. The bed were super hard. I also emailed Jasmine Woodbury, General Manager, card in photos, that same weekend and never heard back. No one has been in touch to try and recitfy this. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Spend a few extra bucks to be comfortable and clean.

Nothing there it's the whole experience was really bad and the staff are very rude and nasty to people and to myself I will never go there againl Please change your staff and the rooms really need remodeling the TV did not work the toilet did not work properly the bathtub has holes in it the knob for the bathtub was broken the stoves don't work the phone for the room did not work it was a horrible experience
