I was not comfortable about staying and have requested a refund. one of the patrons were abusive and rude!

Location was ok, friendly pub good prices No toilet in room. rooms was dirty, towel was dirty, we found drugs in the bedside cabinet.

Overall I will not be returning here and wouldn’t recommend anyone with children do. Everything , the customer service should’ve let me know when booking or when checked in there would be a huge party that night , it says it’s family friendly, my children couldn’t sleep till gone midnight because of the noise downstairs.

Breakfast not included but cost of accommodation was good. Parking was difficult. One of rooms had no washbasin and was on a different floor to the facilities (attic room).
