I loved everything, from the food, ambiance, staff and hospitality! N/A

Beautiful, modern hotel with excellent amenities and outstanding service. Special thanks to Marla and Ryan at the front desk, whose friendliness and attentive service made our stay especially memorable. They also thoughtfully arranged special in-room birthday touches to help celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Pool area and food also very good. No real beach on premise - very small area. Location is remote, so a car is required to get around. Expensive overall.

The service was great and the staff were very friendly The location

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff. The property is newer so this helps. Meals were tasty and staff worked to ensure that you were taken care of. Coffee shop, Location and needs more amenities. This hotel should consider introducing a shuttle service to the airport as well as the Dutch and French sides. It is very isolated and very little to do. Save for one small gym, coffee shop, one store and one jewellery display, the property pool and beach areas are all that keeps you occupied. Limited food options as well. Ideal for a family with young children or older people interested in resting.

food choices were not very good

Property in good condition well maintained. Access to beach could be worked on. Remote location away from things to do

The property had great amenities and restaurants on site. Being located on Dawn Beach was ideal and made for easy access to the ocean. Dawn beach is also much quieter than Maho beach if you want something a bit more relaxed. The French border is only 5 mins drive from hotel. The staff was absolutely incredible and really made my stay above and beyond. Shout out to Richard and Pang who were the absolute best. Victor our taxi driver is now a lifelong friend - ask for him, the hotel knows him. Note Dawn Beach is about 40-45 mins from Simpson Bay / Maho beach area. Taxi will cost $30-$40 (cash only). Traffic can be a bit of a problem so allow sufficient time. Dawn beach is on the Atlantic side and the water is more rough than Caribbean side.

The esthetic of the room, the quietness and that the property is away from everything. No loud music, cars or siren noises.
-
The location is somewhat remote, but with a rental car we were able to get to other places quickly. Staff was super helpful and very professional. The room was comfortable and of high quality as well as the resort itself. There are cozy corners everywhere and the design was well thought out.

Super friendly staff, amazing pool and private beach, cool bar, good kids club, fun kids menu, big room with a balcony and nice view Long walk to the elevator, too cold inside they put crazy AC on! A bit far from the atttractions
-
Rooms were new Expensive for the property and what they offer- pool & chairs weren’t updated. Some looked like they were used from previous hotel properties. We purchased cabanas everyday but service was super slow and food wasn’t great
-
The room was very nice and the restaurants were good. This is suppose to be a beach hotel but the beach was unusable due to the fact that the prevailing winds cause very high waves all along the short beach. The beach walk was only 100 or 150 yards and no way to make it longer due to the cliffs around it. It was quite expensive considering the “beach” situation.

See letter sent to management.
-
The a la carte options for food and drinks, a minimum included would have been appreciated, at least the beakfast buffet, 40$/person for eggs and fruits is a little much,

Gorgeous resort with exceptional amenities and customer service ?

The hotel was beautiful, new and clean. The room and bathroom were huge with excellent amenities. The staff were great especially the pool staff It was too cold, they had the AC on too high
-
Beautiful clean newly renovated property on ocean side of island. I’ve stayed at most higher end hotels on st Maarten but this is our favorite so far A bit pricey but worth it

Even though our trip was short everything exceeded our expectations and WE will be back.. Janis at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming.. Our steak and pasta were on point and the buffet as well. We loved everything about our room and the staff around the property were very friendly.
