Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel

This is a lovely place to stay for people who like to cook who have a rental car. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff is responsive and helpful - we wanted to watch the World Cup on the TV and they figured out how we could do that. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Just a perfect place for a relaxing week. The beaches on the Atlantic side of St. Martin are covered in seaweed for some months of the year so if you want to go to the nearby beach, do some research on the state of the sargassum at the time of year you are going. If you have a rental car, you will be fine because the beaches on the Caribbean side were clear.

The Hotel was beautiful. It was quite unique, I had to drive uphill to my room but I love these unique adventures. The staff was so sweet and helpful. I utilized the gym. It was very small but I loved it because I was there by myself and could blast music as loudly as I wanted. The Juzzucci Bathtub was quite a nice touch. They put sanitizing wipes and sprays for the machines etc and my OCD for cleanliness loved this. I was only in transit on my way to Panama so I did not do breakfast at the hotel. I would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions. The facilities were very good, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. One of the highlights was the beautiful views, which made our experience even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic hotel that we would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again.

We love the location and the staff, friendly and professional. Lots of stairs made the access a little challenging.

Location is good access to both the north and south side of the island, close to Philipsburg. It is not next to a good beach but there are plenty of beaches within close driving distance. The gym facilities were a bit dated and small. Also would be nice to have an area with pool table, ping pong, and other leisure activities.

We didn't opt for breakfast. Television did not work during our entire 6-night stay, but maintenance did try to fix. Drive up to the our building was VERY steep & not conducive for driving to restaurants below. Had to hire cabs each time we went to dinner.
