Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort

The room we were in the ac wasn’t working-it was very hot. Called the front desk and they said they only had one air handler working. Never offered to move us to another room. Very disappointed!!

Location I had to supply my own EVERYTHING in the room. Soap sponge paper towels coffee filters

We have been coming to this hotel last 12 years This time staff on duty at check in was very rude I rented two rooms, first room was ocean front had asked for first floor when reserved. Didn’t happen ended upon 5th floor. Second room for my son and family was city view which I knew but it had mildew smell, moldy on beds. Yes they did switch them rooms but they had to deal with a1 bed instead of 2 Check-in staff on Friday was very rude My sons room, but did swap as I explained Not to our expectations down to 1 bed for a family of 4

The staff was awful and definitely need some training on customer service. The room we stayed in was just ok nothing to brag about I wasn’t happy there was no closet or dresser in our room. I would never stay here again. I will say our friends had a great room with no complaints these rooms are privately owned and rented out so you never know what you’re going to get.

Location, Price?, Very Old and needs a lot of updates. Room wasn’t clean properly, sand everywhere and a lot of Mold everywhere.

Rooms were old and not taking care of. They were trying to keep it clean but. Loved the pump cold water into pool so it was refreshing. And they did keep the pool very clean. Pool was probably best park of stay. But would not return to this property for another get away.

Exceptional

Great location and the pool and deck were clean. The bar had great food and the front desk folks were great. The room was a little dated, but not bad. The a/c worked great. Overall, we had a great stay!

The rooms were dirty, one of our party had to ask for new sheets and change them the first day. There were no towels and we had to ask for toilet paper every day. The rooms are not cleaned while you are there. The pool was nice, but we only saw it serviced once during the full 4 days we were there. The bar was convenient, but the bartenders we encountered were rude and one bragged about under-pouring our drinks. We killed a roach in the bathroom. The phones in the room are not connected. Wifi is spotty at best. The lobby and the rooms smelled. If we weren't with a group I would have left the first night. The cops were called on two different rooms on two consecutive nights on our floor. There are no lights in the hallway at night. The place is old and it shows. It needs major updating in the hotel section and housekeeping.

Was lied to about the rooms a rented for 5 days. Then was told that for me to get the rooms I wanted I had to upgrade. Was very nasty to the point we're I had to cancel and go to another hotel. Wasted time and money and management didnt have a care in the world. Also the room they put me in had no power a hole in the door and hasn't been cleaned in months from the looks of it. Food was in the floor in our rooms too. Very poor place Rooms , Beds, management

Friendly staff, easy access to everything, the pool was great. The grandkids and hubby loved the mini arcade.

But it’s close to the beach. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor. We had a plunger backed up in our sink, they pull out couch still had dirty linens on it, there was no towels or washcloths, and The AC made a noise all night long. They were unable to move us rooms that night.
