Will never stay again the hot tub didn't work the room smelled like mold the game room had one claw machine and that was the whole game room staff was rude.

Ocean front room. And Cora was a delight, very nice, polite and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom area. Elevators were very quick Slide is no longer there, and jacuzzi is not hot .

Everything they said they had was broken.the hot couldn't use, no grill game room Consit of one claw machine.thr rooms smelt like mold the staff was rude.

Hot tub was cold , kitchen refrigerator rusted , ceiling water damaged and when asking for cot and extra blankets was told if we have any blankets we will bring them 2 hrs later got broken rollaway bed no sheets no blankets ! Pools were cloudy and not maintained ! Been coming there since my kids were babies now 27 and 28 place has gone done the tubes !

Our room had a broken window and broken keypad. When we looked at reviews we realized that the same issues have been present for over a month. They advertise a water slide that was not present and a hot hottub that was broken the entire time. When I brought up the issues of our room they tried to stick us into a smaller room that didn’t fit our needs that also smelled like mold. They refused to refund us so we could fine a safe place to sleep so we had no choice but to stay.

The amenities of having ocean front basketball hoop, indoor pool and out door pool was great Everything is falling apart from lack of proper repairs. The door keys never opened too many people needing in their room all night long at front desk. We felt so sorry for the elder maitance man. No wonder everything is broken I don't see how he could do his job from the number of times he had to let people in rooms alone. Poor guy was all over the place he even knocked on our door to make a sink repair thinking he was on the 8th floor when we were on 4 we proceeded to twll him other things could use fixed but he was on a larger mission... We actually asked for a refund atvthe front desk 2 hours after check in but was told by the staff working that she was unable to do so until morning and she refused to call a superior manager. Our friends room literally had a duct taped board for a window with broken glass STILL around it (701) I advise asking room numbers before check in because we found reviews a month old stating the same facts about the window And yet nothing is BEING corrected. I am unsure how inspections Even pass this place as safe for guest honestly. I haven't mentioned the unclean bedding, what we think is bloody finger prints on the door and literal silhouette of a persons face and hands on the window yet. After all that being said the hot tub being out of order our whole stay was probably more devastating than the lack of cares staff had about the so many other issues. We were once a fan of this short lived hidden gem but will not be returning and want this to be a warning to others.

Very nice staff, rooms are a little outdated. Really need to get rid of the carpet in the rooms. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. Right on the beach. Great!

The rooms are clean. The location is great. Staff is very helpful and accommodating.

I love that we never have to worry about nosey employees if you respect the property and just have fun no worries at all !! I love the indoor pool and wish the outside pool slide would come back please !!!!!! Nothing

Great place

Location in the Shores was great. The inside pool is nice. It was not crowded. It is quiet at night. The staff was helpful when issues are brought to their attention. The initial room was extraordinarily dirty. Immediately went to the office and they assigned a different room. It was better, however that would not be a high bar. It is an older hotel and the air circulation is poor. The rooms always feel "wet".

I thought they had the movie that’s okay outside. They don’t have that anymore. I also thought they had a slide, it’s in the picture. They do not have a slide anymore. Nothing was there anymore.

Everything was good! It was a bit run down, and the gym completely outdated, but the pools are great and the staff was friendly. I would stay again.

The slide does not exist don't look at the pictures and believe it.multiple guest was expecting a slide that wasn't there. the hot tub was broken didn't see any kids playground area which was in pictures. There was an indoor pool and an outdoor pool but the water temperature was always warmer than I'd prefer for a pool. Multiple guest were asking around about a grill area which wasn't there either. And on top of payment through the app there's a $42 resort fee due when you arrive. Staff was great to deal with honestly no complaints even when the light bulb didn't work it was fixed immediately truly great staff but definitely should use updated photos so people don't see what should be there and isn't anymore the room could definitely use some TLC. For the price I'll definitely be shopping around next time.
