The Shores Resort & Spa

Nothing really to brag about. Almost $40 to park plus the resort fees you can really stay another night almost anywhere else with the same quality. Room rate itself was fair for the property. I did forget a drink sitting downstairs when I arrived Saturday morning. I noticed it was still sitting in the lobby when we left Sunday night

Over priced for an old hotel but it was a holiday weekend

They cleaned the room one day and it’s only because I requested it. They now charge anywhere from $35-$40 a day to park your car, insane I don’t think I’ll be going back there anymore.

Very good

Furnished nicely with some visible wear on tables. Bathroom was great. Patio ceiling fan wasn't working, but nice breezes and privacy. Staff was very friendly. Linens and towels were nice. Enjoyable time, would recommend to friends

It the property is now tired and needs a renovation bad. Another big negative for not only me personally but also for many I know that won’t stay anymore is the $35 self parking. It’s across the street from the hotel and was always no charge until recent history. Most Daytona hotels do not charge to park. It will keep me from coming back. For this hotel a 3 star property it’s simply a rip off. Best luck to The Shores it has such great potential the be the star it was in the past.

Great oceanside location with outdoor pool, hot tub and restaurant. Not happy with self-parking for $35. They didn't tell us when we checked in that the elevators to the crossover weren't working. You need your room key to get out of the parking lot after you check out, but they tell you to leave your keys in the room. We had to page security to exit. Waste of time. Room with sunset view balcony was wonderful.

The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. All of the restaurants on the premises served really delicious food. There was really no need to leave the hotel which made for a very relaxing trip.

The room was clean and the view was amazing!!

Directly on the beach. Arrived early and was granted early check in. Ate on sight and food was excellent.

Loved our stay! Only issue was being able to get chairs at pool. People would save them all day and never saw them sitting in them
