The layout of the room with the private feel. The bed was realllly comfy. Glad it had air conditioning! Our suite had a private hot tub which is so cool. Parking was easy and free. The cozy feel of the place and that it wasn't a fancy polished hotel was just what we were after. Very dated decor and overall tired feeling of the hotel. A few small upgrades could go a long way. Couldn't find any drinking water on site had to buy some. While we weren't looking for fancy, the feeling that a place is cared for matters.

wasnt told of any breakfast the property looks tired and beat up. the rooms are kept clean but the paint, dents, worn out wood floors etc remind me of a college dorm room meets hostel. rustic charm for sure but needs about $300K upgrade in paint, landscaping, property cleanup in general to be a boutique hotel. bathroom tub had broken off tile around it so we didnt use it. bed was very comfortable. I hate complaining but I guess I still am a bit hah.

It didn’t really feel like a hotel but it felt like my own house. I felt like I was at home the whole time! I love this place! Everything was clean and comfortable. I really loved all the different decor and styling of the place. It’s a very unique place to stay at. You don’t really find places like this too often. Nothing. Everything was great!

Felt so welcomed, beautiful view, and clean comfy bed. Highly recommend! See you guys in the winter for a burning stove with a view. Thanks guys!

Very run down and dirty. Hosts are pleasant, but the inn offers little in ambiance and is very dirty. Rooms are really small. Our bathtub was literally in the same room as the bed. Floors are really dirty. I wish the owners the best, but it looks like they are not really interested in our business. You have been warned. By the way, I don’t get how there are many positive reviews. Cleanliness and room size and lack of amenities are all subpar.

Very unique property in adorable Del Mar with so much character and charm. Each room is decorated differently. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was peaceful and we slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. Walking distance easily to many restaurants and shops. The owner was so sweet and showed us to our room as well as showed us some of her other cool rooms. Would stay here again! N/A

Close to beach and an event we were attending. Quirky, clean, private. Ladies at the desk very kind and personable.one of them was the designer of this unique art themed property. No breakfast. Soap dispensers almost empty. Problem with internet connectivity.

Location was great. Very interesting place.

Location was great and hotel style was unique and boutique like. No accommodation for slightly early check in. (4pm check in is very late and there was no one even staying there on Sunday when we arrived at 2pm) Tons of ants in the room and the windows did not close all the way.

Clean and excellent location next to the Farmers Market and beach. Nothing to not like!
