WiFi wasn’t working fine

I like the location and staff was welcoming. The breakfast was good The property is very old. The bathrooms was old. The bedsheets and duet was not new or frsh one.

Very good. Very cooperative staff. Good ambience, but poorly maintained. Room maintenance - open drainage pipes - my ring fell into it and I had to get the plumber to get it out.

There was leakage from the top into the room. My roommate got skid and I had to take him for checkup before checkin. They charged me for another day. Shameful.

The only good thing about this hotel was that its location was convenient for my needs around the embassy area. Room was dirty. There was dust on objects. There was smell in the room as if the room hadn't been opened much. Hence, there were mosquitoes flying all around. There were bed bugs and I could only sleep a couple of hours. I was served some fruits but appeared stale. When I raised this with the reception, I was told I had booked a Standard Deluxe room and that their Executive Room was a better one.

The property and the hotel itself are quite large and you can move inside the hotel and relax and have a seat at various places. The property is old and is in dilapidated condition. The staff are arrogant. They have strange rules such as do not allow food delivery apps and compel you to eat their expensive In dining.

The location is excellent — central, convenient, and well‑connected for embassy visits and meetings. The property has a classic Delhi charm, with spacious rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful, especially at check‑in and concierge The overall ambience feels calm compared to the busier parts of the city. The rooms and interiors need an upgrade; the property shows its age.

Need more training for hotel employees!

Rooms are not so good. Very old wood work. Faulty door of wardrobe. Washroom flush works with lot of force push only.

The property is located in prime Delhi, though the hotel itself is a bit older. It’s a large establishment that once offered all major amenities. The best part is the peaceful atmosphere, and the room was excellent. We had a great stay here and found it to be good value for money. The staff are courteous, and the breakfast was good. Hotel needs a bit of uplift and wifi needs to be improved.

The location It is an old property We were there to celebrate our anniversary but we never got any special treatment even after mentioning so many times. Cobwebs were all over the room

Perfect location right in the heart of New Delhi. Next to the amazing Nehru Park. Easy access to most central Delhi locations. The old facility had rusty bathroom fixtures. The mattresses were not super comfy. Wi fi signal was poor. The TV was not working well.
