The location and the ambience were great. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and facilities were modernized. The welcoming staff at the reception could have been more polite and professional.

Booked 2 Itc one rooms - first room was finally given at 4.00 for check in - the second room and hour late . The staff at the check in was very indifferent & wishy washy

Great service by all staff, exceptionally by duty manager AYUSH that assist us throughout our stay and always went extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Even i noticed his behavior same with other customers. All other staff at reception, security, in-room dining, Pavilion restaurant, cleaning staff all are trained well to treat customers with respect and kindness. Hotel is beautifully designed with pool, huge garden for kids & family, 3 lounge (bar - 2 of them allow kids), Spacious Rooms, excellent staff service, lounge access, made-to-order in room dining, business center services. Thanks to hitel management to keep the customer first spirit in all employees ❤️ Nothing , it was excellent stay ?

Everything that you would expect from a hotel of this caliber: rooms, staff, location, everything. So special are the restaurants, still the world’s best, iconic: Bukhara and Dum Pukht.

At the check in counter the gentleman called Faique was surely not well behaved-He destroyed our check in experience down to zero-by not giving us rooms we should have been given-He ended up giving us One room of the 2 we had booked-After that we sent keys for 2 rooms opposite to each other -which were smoking rooms and then when we got upset-He gave us room much further away from our rooms. He really did not behave as a gentleman. Anyway we will not be back to stay with u ever-after spending so much money with u and getting such a raw deal. Such a person in check in team will surely bring your ratings tumbling down. Smoking and Non smokinb rooms in the same alley-How can u do that- Atleast the alleys should be different U have four alleys on this Grand Presidential floor-why mix smoking and nonsmoking rooms
