Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown

Solid consistent breakfast, quiet room, nice place.

Typical Hampton lnn. Because you're in downtown Denver, you will be required to pay for parking. Conveniently located to a shopping district with multiple bars and restaurants.

The hotel is perfectly located for visiting St Joseph hospital. Close to great restaurants as well.

It was great

The bag containing water and some goodies was never offered, although on display. I didn't notice till it was time to check out. The evening front desk man and the evening valet driver were a bit offputting. The young black man at the valet station was very friendly and helpful, as was the young woman at the front desk during the mornings. The air conditioner was noisy.

The parking valet was very helpful and explained all options. Street parking (no cost after 6pm) was smarter for us than $45 overnight valet. The hot breakfast was tasty and well managed. Plenty of options for our family of 3 (waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee). What wasn’t great about this stay was one of the two elevators was out of service. The floors were pretty dirty too. The room was fine and clean, just has been beaten down over time. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet; sleeping was easy. Good water pressure and hot water availability. This hotel is in walking distance (20mins?) to Coors Field, which is primarily why I chose this hotel, along with budget friendly and breakfast included.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel is not the best for downtown activities unless they are right on 16th but still a hike. The staff was not super friendly. The breakfast area was an absolute mess. I have never seen a hotel breakfast so dirty. People spilt stuff and it was just left until the end of breakfast. Also there was only one working elevator which made wait times to and from your room a bit ridiculous.

Otherwise, it had and lacked all the amenities associated Hampton Inn :pool, exercise room, free breakfast and internet; no restaurant or bar.

New, clean hotel, good breakfast, walking distance to city center, good value for downtown Denver. Room a bit on a small side, area surrounding the hotel a bit rough, still being developed it appears.

Room was clean, easy check-in, breakfast was wonderful. Great experience!

It was what you'd expect from a chain hotel under the Hilton brand.

Clean rooms and great breakfast.

Location and some staff Room was not in a good condition with missing phone cord, stains on the sofa and desk chair, cord hanging from the curtains across the floor, cabinet doors barely hanging on, and a general run-down feeling. Not a well-maintained property.

Room was not cleaned even after I talked with staff. Trash was not emptied and toilet paper was not restocked. Had silver fish were in bathroom.
