Very clean room, helpful staff, delicious breakfast and good air conditioning
-
Very friendly staff, convenient location, good breakfast buffet. Very reasonably priced food items (soda, snacks) in the lobby.
-
A/C no working and shower no working good
-
It's a good hotel, well located, clean and comes with breakfast. The air con is run centrally (on "central air") so to change the temperature, an engineer has to come into the room to adjust the mechanics.

Liked that we could walk to restaurants, movies, Coors Field, the hotel was having trouble with one of the elevators and the pancake maker was out of order, also some rooms were having a/c issues.
-
The room was comfortable temperature at times we would want it cooler but we had to call front desk to adjust the thermostat and didn’t want to bother the front desk. The valet service was ok. In the mornings they were difficult to contact and we waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up. We were the only ones waiting at that time. Perfect location it was a mile walk to Coors Field and it was a direct shot. Up 17th Street to Blake Street and the to the ballpark. If you want a quiet location this is not the place to stay. Sirens all the time.

The room was dirty, A/C didn’t work, and staff wouldn’t let us borrow a staff saying they were all out and eventually it would cool down.
-
No air conditioning making the rooms really hot. Maintenance said they fixed it and left us with a couple of fans.
-
AC was not controllable, hot water took 10 min to come up
-
I do believe that the property should take heed to those problems and fix them

El cuarto estaba limpio pero dañado los muebles el personal no fue muy amable tenían actitud de adolescentes el cuarto de servicio no fue muy bueno no lo hicieron diario tuve que bajar a pedir mis toallas limpias
-
Tiny rooms, Air Conditioning is non existent, power went our room so they moved us to a new room and it was just as bad
-
Staff pleasant and helpful. Location convenient. AC very comfortable and consistent. Breakfast just okay, but free. Worked nicely for my needs.

A/C didnt work. Staff changed us rooms right away but the AC didnt work in the other room either. We got a room with a bed and sofa bed, super small
-
By far one of my favorite hotels in Denver with amazing staff, rooms, views, and the best free breakfast.

A/C was a bit of a problem but staff/maintenance were very accommodating. provided fans and gave us a discount rate. Very nice location and several restaurants nearby.

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Location was awesome. Plenty of restaurants and shops.

The staff was excellent and very helpful with whatever we needed. The building however is terrible. It seems like old building that had the decor updated but nothing else (lipstick on a pig). The AC is centralized so you have no control in the room. The top floor was very hot at night with the room being at least 80 degrees and feeling like there was no airflow, when the high outside during the day had only been in the mid 70s. The top floors were hot while the lower floors seemed very cold meaning the centralized heat was to blame. The staff was receptive and said they would turn the temperature in the building down and brought us a fan which helped some but it still seems absurd that it should be an issue. The next day we were able to get a different room on a lower floor but that just leaves the problem for other guests. The shower drains in both of our rooms were slow to drain. There were several places in both of the rooms we stayed in where the ceiling or walls were damaged. The elevator had restricted access to upper floors requiring your room key and on several occasions we would scan our key and it would indicate it had scanned be we were unable to select a floor. The staff was great, the location was good, but the building issues really overshadowed everything. I would not recommend staying here unless there had been some major infrastructure updates its not worth the cost.

On check in we were advised that the air con is set so if we want it any cooler to ask at the front desk. Only 1 elevator was working on a 22 floor hotel. In the room, it was too warm. The shower was cold so I called front desk to report. We waited over half an hour before I rang again but it kept going to answer phone so I went down to the desk. There was a queue of people with one “new” member of staff trying to deal with them all. When I got to the front of the queue and told her my issue she said she would call the engineer and started to put my details on a post it note. I said I’d wait for her to call him and she went to discuss with her supervisor who said they would text him and couldn’t give an expected time he would attend. In the meantime my husband called me to say he was there and it was fixed. It wasn’t actually “fixed”. We had to flush the toilet about 16 times to make the shower hot. Along with that we were given a large fan to help with the room temperature. Luckily we can sleep with such noise as it was very loud.
