Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa

There were roaches in our bathroom, i told the front table hoping for a possible extra night in a different room or a percentage of my money back. I am not one to argue or cause a scene if something isn't my way, so i simply left. All the man at the front desk was said that he was sorry and they'll have someone come check for it. He didn't even ask for my name or the room i was in.

Room was clean but looked a bit empty. Staffs were helpful and nice.

The staff is polite and helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel has a bar with food and parking is convenient.

Location was decent, in- hotel restaurant was good, we brought our kiddo to the pool and people were glaring and unhappy despite it being all ages. Room was clean but AC struggled and it stayed warm throughout our stay. Stay elsewhere if you’re traveling as a family.

We stayed in one of the suites with the private pool. This isn’t a fancy place but it has character and charm. Our room was clean, check in was easy. Every staff person we interacted with was kind and helpful. It’s nice that they have a a full bar and restaurant. Palm Springs swanky restaurants are literally 10-15 mins away. We’d definitely stay here again.

Room 330 The booked room was ready promptly the next morning. Recently remodeled, spacious and clean. Small kitchen with microwave (I wasn’t cooking anyway), coffee pot, electric water pot and small supply of kitchen equipment. The pool is wonderful. And the two out door hot tubs were clean and hot. The bar was well stocked and the bartender (I wish I remembered his name) was personable and really took the time to chat with us. I have no truly bad things to say about this hotel. I did point out to the front desk that… * Bathroom sink faucet has too much pressure, it needs one of those thingys * Curtains in bedroom need more black out quality * No security chain lock Regina in the spa provided an exceptional massage. You should check this place out! You’ll be happy you did.

I always look forward to the mineral water pool! Its the best!
