The staff were amazing! They were very helpful when we needed transportation around the city.

All in all. Very pleased with my stay. But unfortunately there was no microwave in the room

Hotel was great location. Our room had a beautiful view of the river. Very clean and staff was so polite and friendly!

Very elegant and classy

The staff is very friendly! The rooms are so clean and the beds are comfortable. No outside noise can be heard. How long the wait was to get breakfast at IHOP.

Hotel & Valet Staff were amazing! Very nice and helpful. Helped you and answered any questions at any time! Thank you for making our trip enjoyable! Apple Bees / iHop - The service was slow, sticky tables & menus, food was okay, and didn’t seem to have enough people working to take care of the customers. When we were there it didn’t appear busy or overwhelming busy, but I don’t know their staffing setup. Glad this was here and available, but really the only complaint we have of our stay.

Perfect location and the view of the river and city Badge on the elevator or any public doors. Need to have a key to open any doors llike going to gym or pool

Tramline right in the attached building. Only challenge was that elevators were being serviced, therefore it was a long wait for one at checkout time.

The conveniences (shopping within walking distance, convenience store within walking distance). The recent renovations are very nice. Can’t think of anything.

Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, climate control worked perfect. Only two elevators available, area around hotel is a little rundown and dated.

I loved my stay here,the hotel is nice nice and it's in a great location. The gym was spectacular I loved everything about it. The pool and Jacuzzi was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again
