From the Valet to the front desk to the staff along with the food at the bad, Top-notch, a perfect 10. Oylur room was 10+☆.
-
Very nice stay, room was comfortable. Great proximity to the people mover.

We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, historical property in downtown Detroit. The rooms were large, relaxing and stocked with amenities. There is a Grotto and spa available to guests. The hotel offered several restaurants and a great bar space called The Library. They offered reasonable food options and craft cocktails. Close to the people mover to get to events. We are talking about a weekend trip to explore the downtown and take better advantage of the amenities offered by Detroit Club.

Gorgeous property, love this place.
-
In a phrase - classy and comfortable. I love finding out of the way places to stay, especially in historic buildings. I can't say enough about how happy I was with my stay and all aspects from champagne at check in, to happy hour in the library, to a soak in the grotto spa, and to a confortable and unique room. Not a thing. Really.
-
The hotel and room itself was beautiful. My only MINOR complaint exist in the bathroom where you have to enter the shower in order to turn it on.
-
We stayed for 2 nights. We loved the amenities and the overall vibe of the hotel. The spa was excellent and the location made it easy to get anywhere in Detroit easily. We plan on returning next time we need a hotel in Detroit

Couldn’t use the restaurant. Couldn’t use the amenities. I would love to give zero stars. I paid an extra $25 for “resort fee” for what? To have problems. Horrible experience.
-
On the pole mover route, making very convenient to watch the Packers crush the Lions
-
the sheets were dirty. it was not the room a paid for. staff was not helpful
-
Beautifully maintained historic hotel. Very unique place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. One night stay for a concert so didn’t get to enjoy any of the extra amenities, but would like to stay again to get the whole experience. Breakfast was underwhelming but do appreciate that it was offered.
-
Great spot in the city. The hotel is another world. So old school 1920’s Detroit. Love this place. Can’t wait to come back. The rooms and bars are divine.
