Pretty much everything, great location on a busy street, very comfortable, staff was great, restaurant food was good too, though it took an hour to make So this may not be an issue for some people but for me personally it was an inconvenience: the AC flow is pointing straight into the bed and there was no way to turn it away, other than to turn off the AC completely which makes the temperature go up to 90 degrees fast. I ended up sick the next day

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room with a nice little balcony to watch the world go by. Airport pickup service was excellent. There were a lot of light switches! That was bit of a challenge, but in the scheme of things, that's minor.

There are no guests allowed in the room. I am living in the UK. One of my cousins came to visit me and my wife in the afternoon but unfortunately we didn't take her in the room. It's very embarrassing to meet family members in the hotel lobby.

Lighting - a lot of small lights and many many switches to turn them on/off. Took time to find correct switch and turn everything off.

cean staff not friendly. I booked for 2 persons and did not allow my friend to come in the room. very slow restaurant. takes 40 minutes for a sandwich and one hour for fried rice. 20 mins for cup of milk tea.

The hotel is located in Banani, with enough restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom is spacious, bed is comfortable. Breakfast has sufficient options but a cappucino would be extra positive pinch. Staff is always nice. And the price is very reasonable. Internet speed can be upgraded, had some issues with videocalls.
