I was disappointed to find in-room table area - packets of chips, biscuits, nuts, and other snacks kept inside the room. Some of these items did not have an expiry date, and they did not appear to be fresh. In addition, the prices were unreasonably high. My baby only drank a Coke. As I was getting late for my training, I trusted the staff, received the bill, and paid it without checking the item details carefully. Later, I noticed that extra items had been added to the bill. Since there is a canteen available on the ground floor, I believe these snacks do not need to be kept inside the room. It would be better to provide them through the canteen instead. This would help avoid confusion and ensure guests are charged only for the items they actually consume.

Loud noise in the air conditioner, Toilet flush not working properly, no mirror in the room. The worst thing is the orientation of the toilet, which is near the headboard of the bed. If two people are in a room and one of them goes to the toilet, the audible sound of every moment is clearly heard throughout the room.

Good Breakfast, quiet place. Small room, very small bathroom. didn’t have fan inside bathroom. Didn’t have bathroom tap controller . Hotel charged me additional 25% taka for dinner. Very expensive. They said King size bed, but it was actually queen size. Pillow get bit dirty , they charged me 1000 taka for used pillow.

Room service was very slow. There was no view at all. The rooms didn't have adequate light. There was dust in the blanket. Food was overpriced. Two single pieces of Rui fish with rice was 8 dollar. Complementary breakfast was great.
