Everything was great about the hotel: room large and comfortable, with all amenities one could need, the staff was very polite and helpful, they provided us with cars and drivers for all our needs: airport transfers, going to the golf course for my husband (the main purpose of us visiting Dhaka), and also for a city tour. WiFi works well, the piscine on 18th floor is small but as we were the only ones using it, absolutely sufficient, and it offers a quiet and pleasant place to be outside. The hotel has a few restaurants, including an Italian one, but we couldn’t find anyone there (probably due to Ramadan), but the traditional restaurant served very good food, including beef steak. The local food (Bhuna) was my favourite. The coffee served in the restaurant was not great but the espresso from the Street Café on ground floor was excellent. It’s not very far from the airport, and they offer transfers at very reasonable rates, highly recommended to contact the hotel before arriving to arrange that. N/A

I ordered food in room service. And when I was outside of my room, someone came to take the plates, which is not acceptable due to security and safety issues.

The experience was amazing and staffs were very welcoming. They upgraded our room for free and also provided us with complementary fruit basket. The view from the room was amazing and really enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast was also really good with many options. Will definitely stay there Insha-Allah.

This is the best place I found in Dhaka to stay. This was my 2nd time staying in 5 days. I stayed 7 days in total. You can tell why I chose to stay here again. Front desk staff were the most professional and helpful staff you can think of. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. All the items in the breakfast buffet were superb especially made to order Omelette and the lady who cooks for you is a very professional and polite person. Sarina was my home away from home.Any time in future whenever I am visiting Dhaka, Sarina is always my place to stay. Thank you Hotel Sarina. You made my stay in Dhaka a beautiful stay . Everyone was helpful, the staff is very professional and helpful. I will recommend everyone to stay at hotel Sarina while visiting Dhaka. This is my home in Dhaka. I can't remember there was nothing wrong. Everything was so perfect.

Service outstanding and staff were always attending to your needs. Perfect, smiling and kind at all times. sipona in the restaurant was outstanding her level of support and care was perfect. Reception front desk Kamal outstanding. Thank you for making my stay perfect always. This was my second stay. Food was outstanding too. I recommend it if anyone is passing by to stay at Sarina.

I am grateful for how the hotel handled all aspects of my issues when by mistake I was charged twice the hotel realized the error and immediately made sure that a refund was issued. I am delighted to say money was back in my account. The hotel staff were brilliant at how they calmly dealt with this issue and assured me that they will ensure my account was safe. My room was clean and immaculate,I was upgraded and even better has a power jet shower in my king room suite. Thank you to the front house staff and manager. Dr Elkas Rahman Mohammed

This is the best location any traveller needs to be in. Excellent breakfast, excellent service by the staff. I will always stay here and I recommend for every visitor who is traveling through Dhaka to stay here and get your money's worth. Breakfast is the best in town. I wouldn't recommend that 2500BDT dinner Buffet as I tried and it's not worth this big amount. I'd rather have dinner in an outside restaurant which would be a lot less than this amount. Except for the Dinner Buffet, Everything was so good ? Dinner Buffet includes mostly left overs from the breakfast and all items were cold or luke warm. You don't get the fresh cooked food feeling . I did not try their a la carte dinner , it may have some better things on the menu.
