The stay was overall comfortable and the service was pleasant. I appreciated the staff’s helpful attitude throughout my visit. Location is good and convenient, no need to worry about food or necessities. One thing that could make the experience even better would be a more flexible airport drop-off arrangement. It was charged per room and without an option of sharing a ride with friends from separate room. It would be better if the hotel could consider offering a per-car rate or allow carpooling for guests heading to the same destination. Anyway, just always ask and confirm the rate before you book a ride from hotel. Overall experience was fine.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent and couldn't do enough for you making it a very pleasant stay. Very safe with good security outside. Very clean room with excellent facilities. Nice hot showers, very clean bathrooms and an excellent selection of toiletries. Loved the breakfast! Brilliant you can have curry for breakfast! They really helped us out with shower and changing facilities before our flight in the evening! Massive thank you! Nothing

The swimming pool area on the roof had been redone since I last stayed. It was excellent! The room was a bit more run down since I last stayed, but still felt clean.

Breakfast Buffet was good and the noise you could hear from the street was low. WiFi was extremely good. Cleanliness of the Bathroom and the room could be more better. Offered food wasn't value for the money

Our go to hotel when in Dhaka for business. We always look forward to staying here. Super friendly and professional staff. Rooms are a good size with everything you should need. Clean and comfortable. Restaurant great food selection to suit all tastes. Excellent location not too far from the airport and we used the hotels chauffeur service to pick us up and return back ( no issues ) Always lovely to be greeted with a warm welcome here and valued as returning guests.

It was our second stay a this hotel, we had such a great experience the first visit we decided to rebook again. The facilities and location was great. What really does make your stay here even better is the staff. From bellboy to management the level of service was excellent. The restaurant is superb with a varied menu to suit all tastes, the food from the roof top pool area was superb too. We did not eat anywhere else in Dhaka because we were so happy with the quality and quantity. Absolutely nothing to be unhappy about.

Hotel location is very good, in the nicer part of Dhaka and not too far away from the airport either. The staff here can’t do enough for you, they are so helpful and welcoming. We are an unmarried couple and stayed in the same room together with no problems at all. There is also a rooftop bar where you can buy beer, albeit all food and drink is quite expensive. The rooms are spacious, however we booked a king suite which I wouldn’t recommend, as there really doesn’t seem to be much difference between this and the regular room which our friend was staying in. The beds are clean and comfortable, and we slept well every night. The showers are hot, all products are provided and towels are provided too. Room service is done timely and efficiently. Breakfast is excellent, and there is always a large range of choices available, including vegetarian options. I had a poorly tummy and the staff kindly made me special ginger teas every morning. Wi-Fi works excellently throughout the whole building. We didn’t use the pool area or the fitness centre, but both areas looked very well maintained. Overall, a fantastic stay in Dhaka and one which we would recommend to anyone visiting the country. N/A

Very well priced for a good neighbourhood. Staff are excellent - very willing to help with foreigners to find solutions (troubleshooting Uber for example). Provided good recommendations for local places to eat, and stored luggage etc. Food services are good and reasonably priced. Found the pillows slightly too firm - and four all the same on the bed. Could improve by having a range on the bed to allow guests to choose comfort level. Nitpicking - all in all was a very comfortable and pleasant stay
