Nice space and good views plus central location Hard to get into the apartments and find it. One call to their contact number fixed it.

The Apartment was in excellent location and the Apartment Managment were very helpful and understanding. The single carpark bay, was between two concrete walls and it was difficult to enter and exit the car.

Was ok but has a bad smell at times The bathroom was leaking When booking it has there other apartments so you don’t know what you are booking. We wanted the one both a better view and this one had obstructed views

The apartment was easy to access with convenient parking for $25 per day. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The views of the waterfront are lovely. The tram stop is very close and in the free tram zone. It made a really nice change to staying in the CBD and I would stay here again. Nothing, other than the overpowering smell of the cleaning products used in the communal areas. Fortunately, this only lingered for a day.

Perfect location which is close to the CBD (free tram to the city) yet quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Fully equipped with all necessities for a homestay. 3 minutes walk to the tram station and there are plenty of groceries and restaurants within 1-5 minutes walk. Comfortable bed and sofa, splendid view at night. You can see the hot air balloon in the early morning from the apartment and enjoy the stunning sunset at the deck. All the equipment provided are of good quality brand and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves living there.

Value for money. Price was great for what was included! Easy check in and parking instructions. Great communication with owners which alleviated my worry of paying a bond. Fantastic location - Walking distance to free tram, The District, Marvel, City, Southern Cross Station. Very easy to get to DFO South Warf. Facilities were great! Clean and modern. Fans in rooms! Great view. Kitchen well stocked. Gym access great! Would 100% recommend. Will 100% stay again. Nil
