The view from the room was impeccable. The room was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. Food at breakfast was fresh. Having a parking at the hotel premises was comfortable. The room had some loose sockets that required fixing. Some disposable slippers would have been nice to stay in the room with.

Very clean, very well kept. Very modern. Comfortable beds. Nicely sized rooms. Solid bathroom doors; no frosted glass doors like some hotels have. Veranda. Extremely clean and well maintained pool. Great breakfast. No dislikes.

Perfect stay, we liked everything! Pool area was so calm, the breakfast was amazing, everything was so clean, amazing staff, room view was fantastic, the room was very spacious and modern with big balcony. We were without a car so it was quite easy to get there from Milan, also the staff helped us a lot with navigations.

Breakfast is really tasty, a lot of vegetarian options. Pool site is beautiful with lake como view. The only thing is its in the North of lake como. 50kms away from lake como station but there is another station at 30 mins drive near by. Other good means of transportation is ferry which is only available till 8-9pm so be careful about your arriving times.

Great place, free parking, clean and nice staff The bath towels were worn out. Breakfast was just ham and cold cuts, no other choices. The bath towels were worn out. Breakfast was just ham and cold cuts, no other choices. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were no cotton swabs to dry the ears.

Good location, but car park ramp can be a bit of a challenge. Good breakfast and staff. Swimming pools is outside and spa facilities are extra. The tea and coffee facilities did not have any milk and neither were they replenished.
