Good single room with shared and clean bathroom, key to enter the property at the time you want. The owner didn't speak English fluently but she was super eager to help and will make everything possible to make you feel at home.

The staff was very nice and friendly, they even offered me a better room. They also left a complementary sweet treat on the bed for me. The wifi was a little slow, but everything else was great.

You can easily reach the hotel with public transformation. Its location is very good. There are many markets at nearby. You can go any touristic place by just using public transportation. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. They try to make best for you. They clean the rooms and bathrooms every day. I think you will not regret if you stay this hotel.

Very lovely and outgoing lady worked there. She didn't speak English, only German thought. Fast reply through booking messages and customer satisfaction based service. Provided us with a hairdryer when we asked about one. Quite neighbourhood and tram stop nearby. It's quite far from the city centre, but there is a direct tram. Tram stop to go from the hotel to the city centre is half demolished or just closed on construction. So you have to go to the next one. From the centre to the hotel, the same stop is completely fine, though. Common bathroom, so you can't leave your stuff there. Trash bin is without the trash bag, we had to put our own ones. Only 2 sockets and one of them was already occupied with the lamp.

The owners are really nice and helpful. The place was clean and comfy. Easy ways to get to the hotel with bus or tram. There are supermarkets within 8 mins. Maybe it was not such a bad thing, but since it was a shared toilet, the door of the toilet was an ice glass door. It's not a nice thing if you are a bit shy. But in my case, they provided a room where nobody else was on the floor apart me, that's why they are really helpful.
