Bucharest was very cold, but the hotel owner was very warm and caring, hospitable ,the rooms were very clean. The coffee machine worked slowly but the coffees were free

Price Staff Free parking Free breakfast Parking is super tight took 15 minutes to maneuver Road noise filters through windows but at least there was almost no traffic from 11pm.to 5am. Area around is not the nicest and not so many restaurant options. Elevator is out of order and maybe has been for years
