Park Inn Palace

Rooms were drastically different from the photos and descriptions. The building would benefit from a renovation. Wait time the elevator was 10-15 minutes which I’m not sure why as I believe it’s just three floors.

The location was nice and convenient.

The housekeeping staff does a poor job cleaning. The tea kettle was disgusting. It had old water sitting in it. Possibly weeks are more old. The water stain build up in the kettle was horrible. At check-in, I inspected my room and bathroom, and the toilet had feses stains in it as if someone just used it.

Lots of doors to go thru. Wifi not available or working in several locations in the hotel

Newly renovated, bright and clean.

Nothing really, for the price quite good. You could hear the noise in the hallway,but that was just people coming and going. Quiet night.

The room was not clean: there were traces of I don't know what on the bathroom walls, limescale in the shower, even on the soap bottles, and the shower evacuation was flooding when using full pressure. The bath mat had a yellow stain.

Good location We had 3 rooms and it was Very warm/uncomfortable in 2 of the rooms we booked. One room the windows opened all the way so that helped but one room you could barely crack the window. When we arrived in one of the rooms it had a horrible smell. Once we opened the windows it aired out and was better.

Elevator, two beds Power fluctuated 3 times and we lost our air conditioning. We did not call as we were in bed and didn’t want anyone coming up. We should have called, it was warm

Had parking, near ferry port Parking and outside hotel area did not feel as safe, room doors were very thin and could clearly hear people hooking up in other rooms, I did not trust the cleanliness of the room

Parking on street from 6pm to 8:30am free

Absolutely Nothing. Shocked to hell this place is offered on the platform.

Staff was very nice They were painting on the front door as well as the hallway

The manager waited up for our arrival.

Small room and not everything was perfect or clean, just what you can expect from a room with this price.

The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. The weather was nice and even better there was a fridge in the room which meant we could enjoy cold drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back.

Inconsistencies in room cleanliness and facilities. One's cleanliness was below average, the other was missing a fridge and had shower door issues. The reception staff wasn't always available (no one to check me out in the morning).

Great spot, simple but clean and cozy No breakfast but a great breakfast place a few doors away

It's a great location and an absolutely hassle-free stay. The chap at the desk was helpful and kind. I enjoyed it
