Dover's Restover Bed & Breakfast

Very friendly hosts, nice breakfast, good vibe! Towels worn but smelled great.Good quality and clean sheets. The triple room with a very small opening window was very hot and lacked fresh air. Small fan provided helped a little but not enough.

George was the perfect host. Great communications, very happy to help with our requests. (We didn't sample the Breakfast so can't comment on this)!

Perfect location just a few minutes from the port. Short walk into town for dinner. Off-street parking. Landlady was very welcoming and helpful.

Location was perfect - across the street from the train station. The room is "cozy", but that's what you expect from a very old house in Dover. We had to carry our cruise luggage up several flights of stairs, but that's to be expected at a small B&B in Dover. The staff was great, and the English breakfast was amazing! Know what you're signing up for, so you won't be disappointed. The room is small, the bathroom is a bit dated, and there's no elevator. These are all things you should expect from any B&B in Dover. My one complaint was the towels - they honestly felt like sandpaper. Everything else was great.

The location was perfect, steps away from the train station. Our hosts, George, Jan and Michael, were so helpful and wanting to make our stay comfortable. George lugged our luggage up the many steps to our room. Jan and Michael protected our ice and milk from going bad in the hot weather. All three couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you! The room was functional, comfortable, but small. Really gives you a chance to discover how much you like your travel companion! En suite bathroom really helped. There are many flights of stairs so please be aware if that will be a challenge. Our stay was relatively inexpensive so I would consider it excellent value for the money!

The location was very close to the airport, but was very small and seemed to be quite rundown. Just about everything else.

Amazing place, friendly helpful owners. Booked family room as 1 adults 4 children, expected 1 room with all beds in however it is split between 2 rooms like a little apartment. Couldn’t of asked for any more! Nothing

Breakfast was great, but costly. Appreciated the ability to leave suitcases prior to checkin. Room had no AC but fan provided, coupled with a wndow that opened proved to be adequate.

Great staff. Too many stairs to get to the room

It is very conveniently located if you arrive at Dover Priory station. Also, there is only a short walk into town. Friendly welcome on arrival. Our double room was on the top floor, so we only took to our room what we needed overnight as the stairs too steep with heavy luggage to manage. luggage was secured downstairs. Apparently, the extra paid for breakfast is very good but as we usually have a light breakfast we didn't need it. Double glazing in the front room window blocked out all the traffic noise. There was also a fan in the room, which was good. Immaculately clean with a comfortable double bed. The room was small but adequate, and the shower was good. There is nothing really to dislike unless climbing stairs is a problem for you. .
