The room was clean but a bit outdated.

Rooms, bed and pillows were amazing and property is beautiful 💖

The remote wasn’t working after a certain time in the night, I was told that Bally’s doesn’t provide robes for their gues. The bed was also uncomfortable

My only complaint was the pool area. The pool towels are too small and poor quality; the hot tub was not operational; and there was no drinking water available (the fountains were not operational and dirty). Other than the pool area I had only high marks.

Pool was good

The room was rather large and acommodating. It was a lot of fun in one place. Although we didn't eat there; there were a lot of choices. Everything was very clean and easy to find.

The first room they put me in was not clean as it should’ve been in the second room they put me in was much they had to switch me to three different rooms. The last room I was satisfied with the breakfast is very expensive and the casino has lack of staff very long wait times for food orders. Casino was great. The staff was very very good at the front desk, they try to make things right on the behalf of the cleaning crew of the rooms, and I truly appreciate what the front desk had done for me and they might be the reason for me to come back to this site.

Do not stay here room had no hot water they didn’t change the bed sheets no clean towels staff was not welcoming casino had a FAKE fire everyone had to get escorted out the building entire stay was a disaster!! Avoid this casino go elsewhere machines did not pay out!! If I could give it zero stars I would

Amazing staff, and helpful

Overall a great place with limited table games, wide selection of eateries and a friendly atmosphere. There’s a lot of nearby locales too.

Clean, well maintained, with decent amenities, a couple of food options. One downside. Casino brings a lot of patrons, and the parking lot gets full. Should be a dedicated parking lot up front for people staying at the hotel

Very dated. Stains on walls in rooms and bathroom that can be easily wiped but aren’t. So gross! I’ve never been to a hotel that only offers two of the world’s smallest pillows on a queen bed. Insane that there is no where to refill water bottles in this day and age, and your only option is to ask staff for their mini bottles of water or they direct you to purchase from the store. Water should be easily accessible and free. Staff reminded each time they are only allowed to give two mini bottles at a time. This place makes lots of money with the casino, it really needs to prioritize a major makeover.

Nice clean facility and rooms. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The staff was wonderful & very professional. I do have to say the coffee needs improvement!
