Hotel serviceable if DESPERATE for rest. Otherwise keep it moving. And the TRASH MEXICAN RESTAURANT ATTACHED. AVOID. SERVICE HORRIBLE AND NON-EXISTENT. FIRST WENT TO ORDER FOOD. NO ONE CAME TO TAKE ORDER FOR 15 min. THIS WHILE WAITRESS SITTING IN BOITH ON PHONE LOOKING RIGHT AT US. THEN BARTENDER COMES.NO MENU NO NOTHING “ WHAT DO YOU WANT” CAN WE HAVE A MENU?? THROWS MENU AT US AND SAYS WERE CLOSING IN MINUTES. BASED ON THAT ATTITUDE WE DECIDED TO MIVE ALONG LEST HAVE SPIT OR WORSE IN OUR FOOD. THEN THAY ACTUALLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE PLASTIC UTENSILS TO US AS HOTEL GUESTS OF SAID AFFILIATED HOTEL. FIRST LIED AND SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE AS I WAS LOOKING AT AN OVER FLOWING BUCKET FULL OF THEM. MAYBE THATS WHY THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY ON A SATURDAY NIGHT???. BASED IN REVIEWS LOOKS LIKE FOOD AND SERVICE ALWAYS TRASH. BE WARNED HOTEL TRASH TOO. BROKEN WINDOWS ALL OVER. VAGRANTS IN PARKING LOT DOING GOD KNOWS WHAT.

The lobby makes the hotel look way better than it is cuz after that u have to walk doen a dirty musty hallway that smells like mold passing broken exit doors only one of the 3 elevators work and they had bats in the stairwell

The room had a stale odor and the carpet wasn’t the most pleasing. No microwave or fridge but they did have a keurig in the room with k-cups.l; though I didn’t try it to see if it worked.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant Unmarked, smelled terrible, hot and humid halls, first room swelled of mildew and mold, side door to hotel had been smashed, second room on 3rd floor and hall was filled with trash outside rooms and hall shelled like someone had been smoking weed.

Took front desk 10 minutes to respond then key didn’t work. Bathroom was marginal with dirty fingerprints and dirt on back of bathroom door. Tub rusty and moldy. Hole in wall. One bare fluorescent light, no cover. Rusty towel hangers, peeling wallpaper. Faucet sticky. Give this hotel a pass until they get a handle on maintenance and cleaning. Linens were clean, not sure of anything else.
