Dirty … cracked up sidewalks. Stairs were dirty and cracked up.

Friendly staff quiet room was clean. These people that had commented on reviews had me scared. Had view of the lake and enjoyed it

Checked in after a 12 hour drive to discover the door wouldnt open properly, TV remote was not there, and the shower wouldnt produce hot water. Made multiple trips to the front desk to complain. Not once was i offered to switch rooms, had maintenance verify the shower didnt have hot water after running the water for more than 30 minutes.

We didn’t sleep there is was no safe to sleep there with the kids

Super dirty

this property is extremely dirty, there is no house keeping. when we drove into the parking lot, there were 2 people getting high at the corner of the building. we didnt receive enough towels, so we bought our own. the floor was filthy. the towel bar fell off by itself. one of our pillows smelled like urine. the room was supposed to be non-smoking. it stank of cigarette smoke. i will never stay there again.

Besides it being totally filthy, my wife found a crack pipe, under the sheets on the bed.

Room was not ready when i arrived. No tv remote in room. Let the front desk know and did nothing about it. Charged more than advertised. But seemed to not care or try to make things right. Even when i had recites showing balance due of 130.00 dollars and that i had put down a 100.00 dollars for the room i was still charged 240.00 plus tax for the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And will never use them again.

The room smelt like it was mopped with a dirty mop. Fleas and flies in the room. No plastic lining in the shower, water went through the shower curtain. Had to buy air fresheners to freshen the room. Door into the room was hard to open. And when entering the room it smelt like smoking.

Hotel is right next to a liquor store so a lot of people milling around as you try to pull in the lot. Lot of people checking in all hours of the night. It was not constantly noisy but a lot of music playing at different hours of the night. Two out of state young guys drinking in parking lot and playing music in their cars. I would find somewhere else next time in the area.

Wasn't a non-smoking room, too tired to complain. Aired out okay. Slept well. The driveway is a little tough to find. Missed it first time. Had to take a second lap. Easy enough. Everything else was fine.

Full of drugs and prostitution I cancel my stay once we got there and saw what was going on but instead they check me in and keep my room and money

over door instead of replacing it. Many homeless people permanently stay at this place. There were maybe 5-6 adults and kids living in one room.

Bad

Me and my sister love visiting Dover for our quick trip. We bought our husband's for Father's Day l went through hotels.com for lodging for over night this hotel said they had bar and lounge l didn't see anything l didn't feel safe at all.

I want a refund we didnt stay room was nasty n had roaches
