a sqeaking full-sized bed in a "deluxe queen bed" room

The staff was rude and the people walked all night and someone kept knocking on my door for the people across from me. Also, the policy was crazy, and it was not clean.

they were accommodating, after several discussions or threats for our $ back the motel was clean for the $ but needs updating bad. in the end they charged $50 for a spill. never going there again. we rented 5 rooms at $200 and caught mgmt buying hotel necessities which was desperately needed. 1 room had no air they tried to give us a fan. it was 100 degrees. never go here people. this is a transit hotel, drug selling going on. $ isn't everything!

They were cleaning when we arrived at 7pm

Nothing really.. The room was dirty and no up to date. Had to wait to check out office doesn't open until 11:00a.m. They didn't want to give us a room key which is weird.. It wasn't clean at all dirty.. I would have got my back but they closed and I couldn't talk to anyone..

Location The room looked dirty with water damaged tiles. The bathroom windows do not lock and were wide open. We were on the ground floor and anyone could have come through the window while we slept. On the morning of check out, the entire floor became a lake flooded, we had to quickly move all of our belongings back to our vehicle to keep them dry. It was 8:30am and we didn’t it need to checkout until 11am. We were not offered another room for the remainder of the time. We had not planned on leaving until 10am. We were down for the race. They also had a non functioning smoke detector, they removed it after I complained it was beeping low battery.

The staff was great. Unfortunately the property was off the charts unacceptable. See pictures.

Nothing Loud too much traffic throughout the last nite

The location was ok, near restaurants and department stores. It was run down, dirty, wouldn’t give my money back. Had to change rooms cause the door would only lock from inside wouldn’t from outside . Dirty, dirty, nasty. Have photos.. to each their own but will never stay there again.

NOTHING! There was a spider coming down from the ceiling. A nat and a fly flying around, there's paint pealing from the ceiling and walls of the bathroom. I had to wipe my feet off each time I got into bed. The tv cable comes out of the ceiling and is coiled up in the air before connecting to the tv. The tv is very hard to watch as it's blurry!

Very nice staff and super friendly and helpful Just wasn't up to my standards when i travel. It was a motel and not a hotel. Motel was sketchy. Rooms were sketchy. Showers were sketchy and overall experience was sketchy. Wouldn't stay here again. Although, front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The dont speak good English

Had to kill a lot of spiders. The toilet was not secured to the floor. Sheets were stained with human excruciation . The door did not close properly.

It was a seedy hotel

Over priced

Convenient to where we were visiting. Large comfort bed.

Room was ok

The mattress was extremely soft. It made sleeping difficult.
