Really didnt like room had odor in the room I did love the bed was comfortable. Staff wasnt friendly at all look at you like u were nothing.

Continental breakfast consisted of cornflakes, fruit and onion bagels. Small serving room very small. Beds were god awful hard and uncomfortable. Furniture in lobby was torn and rundown. Homeless hung out in parking lot. Bathroom light never brighten. No accommodation for late check out, then staff banged on door at 11:10 and said we had to get out after we told we were leaving we just needed 5 minutes. I understand check out is at 11:00 but no leeway? Won't stay again and don't recommend it.

This is an older hotel that shows some wear and tear and a slight musty odor. but overall the stay was clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff was amazing, answering questions and responding to requests quickly. They were in the process of replacing their ice machines so there was no ice, but we didn't need it anyway. Property was close to Delaware State University that my grandson is attending as a freshman. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

I love the location it was near everything and staff was super friendly and quickly helped when our AC stopped working randomly. The breakfast was a quick stop style breakfast no hot stuff. Plenty of parking and a beautiful lake right behind the property.

I’m guessing the stay was okay. I was there for a few hours for sleep but left early the next morning. However, the next morning there was a roach crawling on the wall.

It was convenient for our trip to Bombay hook. Breakfast did offer cereals, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices. One warm offering like sausage, or eggs vs would have made it complete. There was a fair amount of street noise even with the AC fan turns on. Unfortunately probably not much one can do with all the continued traffic through the night.
