Clean, updated, easy access. Needed more variety and stocking of snacks. The mattress was too hard for this senior citizen with a bad back and hips. Needed more support for pressure points.

The complimentary breakfast was AWESOME. They had, what seemed like, everything. I've never had such a great breakfast experience, like I did with Holiday Inn. I had a great stay, everything was clean, and everyone was nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was a surprise fee for my pet. Nowhere on the booking site, did it say that there would be a fee, just that it was pet friendly. All other sites indicated that there would be a fee for pets, if it was pet friendly. If all Holiday Inns have an awesome breakfast like this one, I will only be staying with them from now on

The staff was friendly and helpful Pool out of service, not too nice of an area for kids (homeless in parking lot out front by gas station and fast food)

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was good, but the pool had no water in it. We specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool for our child. Not the end of the world, but definitely disappointing with no heads up from the hotel and charged the same room rate.
