Chateau Inn and Suites

This property is not an ideal spot for a family with children by any means. However it is very cheap and when I asked for a refund the office was happy to accommodate.

TV wasn't mounted, and the remote they provided at desk while checking in didn't link to TV. Shower was missing a shower head, the tub got filled up due to clogged drain.

Don't book here. Room was not in good condition. Couldn't get the remote to turn on TV. Light bulb missing to entrance light switch. I got woken up 2x by shouting and door slamming. 1am and 5am room next store was shouting to them in the room. Front desk or night attendant did help. He was rude and unprofessional.

The noise level from next door and the room above was awful, from early evening till after 2am, and at 3 pm the TV suddenly came on with this loud noise that woke me up, with a message something to the effect that there was a problem with one of the channels. I had never watched any tv. I turned off the tv with the remote, and half an hour later, the tv did it again so I unplugged it until morning and then plugged it back in. I got no sleep at all.

Horrible experience for 1 the ac didn't blow at all literally was blowing hot air on cold roaches was coming out of random places I was sleeping woke up to a dead roach in the bed and the where coming out of the walls and the icebox. The staff lady in the front was rude as hell. As far as the room goes stuff was damaged all over the place from the front door to the walls and even the bathroom was in worse condition worse hotel I ever stayed at would not recommend to anybody that was the worse experience ever

Found a roach in the bed and in shower and in the bed board of the bed

Horrible stay. Roaches were all over the walls (alive and dead). They were mold in the shower. Also the ac was broken. It was terrible. They offer partial refunds because once you see the place you want your money back. Thats there gimmick. You have been warned.

Window curtain was nailed shut, ice machine down, sheets had some stain spots, no hair dryer, can't check in early. Bare minimum here

Very limited parking

It was nothing like what was on the pictures. Not maintained chose a non smoking room and smelled like smoke seems like it had residents in the other rooms and very dirty

Decent room for a night as a young couple.

It does not provide a feeling of relaxation or security!

Everything was filthy! There were cocaroaches everywhere! Genuienly so disappointed. The paint was peeling. Bathroom door wouldnt close. Wouldn't recommended staying here!
