Staff are very friendly, clean and spacious room, breaks were good very clean .

The staff was very nice and the common spaces in the hotel were clean and nicely kept. The breakfast was good. There are two reasons the hotel only earns three stars. First, the outlets in our bathroom did not work. It took two complaints to the front and over 24 hours from the first complaint to get it fixed. Second, the hotel cleans the rooms every other day, which sounds reasonable. However, our room was not cleaned during our stay Sat - Tuesday. Our two small trashcans were overflowing and after several days our towels were not feeling very fresh.

Enjoyed breakfast with choices of coffee, juices, breads, eggs, yogurt and cereal every morning. Good service shows up in how staff respond to issues that can come up from to time. our shower drain leaked and they changed us to another room so they can repair the leak without disturbing our guest experience. Thank you!!!

Stayed for 7 days and loved every bit of it!

Needs more light in the room.

This hotel has changed in the past year since we visited the first time. We called ahead and were told we had an accessible room on a high floor close to the elevator, but were met with a denial of room choice when we got there, then an ok room after pushing back - far from what we asked for due to having an elderly family member needing access to the elevator. Terrible experience. We loved it last year. Warm and friendly staff, lovely pool. This stay was horrible, and they charged us for the room total even though we prepaid, then denied it in spite of bank screenshots and email to them from hotels.com, and stated it was a pet fee of $250!!!. We have a registered non-shedding puppy, fully potty trained and never received any complaints from the other hotels we stayed at this trip. They clearly state “your service animal is welcome.” Would NOT recommend this hotel. I have never left a review like this, but had to be sure anyone traveling knows before they decide! Better choices available! Embassy Suites is right down the street. Safe travels!

Extremely pleasant stay. Very clean and the staff was amazing

They were in the middle of software change. Staff only got trained with videos ( they said). Result, Waited about 30 minutes to check in as they were confused how to manage an Expedia reservation. I presume eventually they will figure out and it will take less time for next guests.

I highly recommend to stay at this hotel! It’s clean, nice and comfortable . The breakfast bar has a good selection of food.

Close to everything. Shower wasn’t cleaned around the edges of it. 3rd floor views was horrible, rather face the street. Refrigerator was too small, dirty coffee machine. Other than that it was okay.

Always come back and book this hotel whenever we have to visit california!! So so accommodating and its so convenient with food places and all! We will definitely be back!
