It is very clean, the rooms that we booked were spacious, the breakfast was very nice and we liked that we had the choice to have it at the room. We booked the golf view room and the view was very nice. I wish the lobby was bigger

Very quiet hotel with great professional stuff, we were received with thoughtful care and attention. Everything requested was provided fast, the room was clean and the food was very tasty also. Swim pool temperature is very pleasant and there is a good amount of shade considering Dubai heat. Highly recommend to take Golf view, it changes the atmosphere and truly beautiful. The only thing could be improved if the sofas were converting to a bed, and also if the crows were taken care of somehow, as they really disturbed us during the breakfast

facilities staff communication was very bad. ordered room service for 6am (with room service and front office) since i had a breakfast inclusive rate and restaurant only opened at 6:30am, food never turned up, receptionist didnt offer any solution. i left hungry and not even having a coffee with no explanation or compensation even tho ive paid for breakfast!

The property itself is in a great location, very clean, and beautifully designed. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and peaceful. While the facilities met expectations, the staff interactions unfortunately did not reflect the standards of a five-star experience. Upon arrival, I was told I had to provide a 500 AED deposit via credit card for security, even though I clearly mentioned I only had a debit card. Despite several explanations, the receptionist insisted—eventually charging my debit card. After expressing my frustration, the amount was refunded, but I was told it was a “one-time exception.” On the following day, we requested a buggy to the golf course due to the heat. We were told there was no driver available, even though the driver was visibly present next to the buggy. I had to personally approach the driver to get assistance. These types of situations left us disappointed, especially since we chose this property expecting a seamless luxury experience.

We were placed in a room overlooking the hotel’s garbage collection area, and there is a foul smell everywhere. The reception staff are not cooperative at all. You can sense irritation in their behavior and a harsh tone in the way they speak to guests.

Room was big and comfy and staff were nice The room was big and comfy but it’s just a one storey hotel and the courtyard view is actually a parking lot ?imagine being on the first floor and looking at a parking lot that is super crowded. Emirates hills made me think it would be a nice area but it was just weird honestly . I would definitely not recommend. and also the restaurant is smelly of seafood . The pool is very very average . The tv was sooooo outdated I was surprised.

Outdated hotel. The rooms were refurbished but the rest of the hotel hasn’t been done. Doesn’t meet The Address standards. Only one dining option. Disappointing.

Staff very friendly, quiet area with a very nice pool. We had beautiful views from the room balcony. The room next to us had a door that was very noisy when closing.
