The Manager and the Reception staff was very arrogant and rude. They both doesn't know how to treat the customers properly. They just want to grab the money and do not care about any concerns from customer side.

Cleanliness is worst in rooms, I have booked for 4 days non refundable, I have checked out in 1 day only, it is not family hotel, sound of pub Upto 2 in morning in rooms. No room service

Last minute booking because I was let down by my first booking (and got fairly disappointed by the little support from Booking.com by the way). I was initially sceptical about the location, but it turned out to be quite convenient. A vibrant Indian neighbourhood where I could find a pressing and stores operating at 11pm. The room was small but fine for one person. Friendly and helpful staff. The room are not (never?) deep cleaned. Although I would exclusively use regularly cleaned slippers in the room (and never going out with them), wandering around quickly accumulate dirts. There were no usable iron for pressing clothes, all of them were burnt. Also, it can get fairly noisy out there (some renovation works ongoing at the Dubai Museum right in front). Finally the main entrance is not trivial to find, taxis are virtually always missing the passerelle leading to it (no matter how precise you pin it on a map) and can't easily park around. So better go out and wait for them somewhere they can reach you.

Value for money. I extend my stay because I like the place and the staff. They are cooperative and quick to help for every single problem No swimming pool and gym but they have entertainment on M and 1st floor.

Just the location The staff where very unfriendly. Disrespectful with the guest and very unprofessional I had came for a Business meeting and the experience i got was worst. Specially the girls at the reception, i had no idea about this hotel i would have never opted for this .
