Please note their effort. I was a bit disappointed with the staff during dinner service last night. They seemed more focused on other customers and took time with our order. Nobody even asked if we needed anything. We should maintain the same service level for all. Please guide the team.

I really liked their rooms setting and facilities***** view from swimming pool deck was amazing. perfect place to spend time with family and friends! we had booked rooms with breakfast and dinner and as usual was expecting buffet for both breakfast and dinner but after check-in they informed us that dinner will in ALA CARTE and that too in a pub which was a very bad experience for our families, it is not because of food and services, it is totally because environment, we never expect that a 5 start property will keep such choice of dinner for families and that too without mentioning anywhere during booking. I had requested hotel guest service that at least those limited orders they can serve in our rooms, but they said not possible. Later I requested restaurant to give us parcel to have in our rooms, but it was denied. I had booked this hotel because dinner was included, if they might had mentioned such condition anywhere, I might not choose this booking. anyway, please raise this issue with their management to mentioned such conditions clearly, so clients can choose accordingly and will not be frustrated after check-in. all other experiences were up to the mark!

We booked half board but the restaurant Morgan's was not nice for the families as it's mixed with the smoking area and alcoholic drinking. Not recommended for muslim people and kids. We had to cancel our dinner since it was crowded through we already paid for the package. The swimming pool is small for a five star hotel.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We loved the coffee machine, relaxing in the bathtub, and how accessible it is, you can easily ride a taxi boat across the creek to try different restaurants. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it. I just wish we had booked a little later since Kimi mentioned private pool rooms will be opening soon! Nothing

Room size. The view Too much noise you can hear everything all around in the other room in the road outside the room , the mattress was too much hard, and the furniture was dirty like the sofas and the carpet has smell also .
