We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the cleanliness of the gym was highly impressive. Furthermore, the hotel was generous enough to waive the early check-in fee for us. After our flight landed at 6:30 AM, we were permitted to check in at 8:00 AM rather than waiting for the standard 2:00 PM check-in time. I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the gentleman on duty on June 21st, 2026, whose exceptional hospitality truly set the tone for our trip. Nothing I can think of.

Nothing. Everything. Food was not so good. I expected a five star hotel experience. However people treated me like I dont belong. Looking at me in a panic face expression. They seemed freaked out. They were not ready to let us into my room as soon as I arrived. I had to take a room that smells bad just for me not to eat any longer. The facility is not clean also. Unable to reach the housekeeping staff.

Don’t ever take their half board package. They do a good job with breakfast but don’t take their dinner buffet seriously, it was the worst buffet I have ever had in my life

It was our second time staying there, we returned based on our first stay experience. Everything was dirty, the rooms the hallway glasses. The furniture is old. The food at Morgan’s was the bare minimum no flavor and cocktails were watered down not worth the rates. the staff was not attentive, all guest service staff at the door looked at me with my luggage as l walked in no one offered assistance, check in took way to long even when it was time the only thing we got asked was the ID’s no explanation on room or inclusions. Overall everything was below par for a 5star. Absolutely not worthy
