We were so happy with the service at the hotel and the food was incredible. We loved the sauna and steam room! We were really happy with everything! And a huge thank you for engineering!

The location is great, friendly staff, really comfy beds It’s really overpriced (two nights averaged almost 400usd for one person at full price but I see they have discounts now): the breakfast, pool and all the facilities that you see advertised are in their another building (canopy Hilton) so you really need to plan your times, they do offer club cars tho, but nobody warns you about it. The rooms are not as picturesque as on the photos, more like dark dungeon caves, my room had no view. No slippers, empty bar, no rails in the bathroom to hang the towels, AC barely works and oh they have old fashioned outlets - they offer adapter but I have not had this issue before in other Dubai hotels. In general it’s OK and I’m being picky but for this price honestly it’s too many small details, you can get a better hotel at this rate. If the cost would be 70-80usd a night it would be acceptable. Just stay at Canopy and take club cars to the market

We enjoyed the location, with the creek nearby offering plenty to explore; the staff were friendly from reception to the buggy service, and both breakfast and dinner were very good. The room is spacious; however, there is an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom area. The room also feels slightly dusty, but overall the stay was acceptable.

Quirky and interesting. Not shiney Dubai luxury… more rustic and authentic with all the comfort of Dubai. Amazing area to walk around and it’s worth getting an Abra and just wandering along the creek in it. Be prepared for conflict related restrictions if it’s still all on.

The noise from the restaurant downstairs. They played live music all day until late at night. The fridge was not working so baby food got spoiled

The rooms are spread across Al Seef amazing area, and it feels so good to go back and forth to the room and the canopy area. Waiting for the buggy can take some time and the dinner wasn’t a good one.

The room is nice Had to go to another hotel to have breakfast and dinner and there’s not much good options for food specially the dinner. The pool is also located to another hotel. Although they provide buggy service, it would be better if facilities are available in the same hotel.

Very disappointing experience,one of the worst I had. Check in took more than 1.5 hours,even though the hotel staff knew when I was coming,they started cleaning the rooms 2 hours after my scheduled check in time 3 pm. The room was dirty,old tea left in the teapot,dirty bedding,bad smell. Incredibly loud music (room 212). The half board was horrible,4 half empty Indian food trays. The staff seems to be genuinely surprised that people are staying at the hotel and the service is incredibly slow. The distance between the rooms and restaurant is about 15 min by foot since it was almost impossible to get a buggy service because it was always unavailable. Unfortunately I am deeply disappointed. The only good thing was the beautiful authentic architecture of the buildings in the old city. Overall do not book this hotel.
