Location is very convenient. City Center Deira Mall and train station are just a walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are also specious and clean. Actually nothing. Renovations were being done on the ground floor and breakfast area which was a little bit inconvenient but hoping next time I will return everything will be okay.

The hotel location The room I stay was not what I booked and paid for it. I booked a Deluxe king room with balcony and I got a small room with no balcony. my toilet door handle fall down and it was faulty and cannot open or close the toilet door Poor customer service, I complaint to front reception and no one come to fix the toilet door handle,

When I book my room it says Airport pick up and drop included but after landing I don’t see hotel van than I called the hotel and the informed me that we no longer give pick up and drop service than I hired taxi and reached hotel and show the staff that it’s clearly says pick up and drop to from Airport included and they keep saying no.

My room is designated as a smoking room. Although i don't smoke, i did not like how the room smells like cigarette.

Location is close to Terminal 1 and 3, which is very convenient. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel could benefit from a renovation but overall it is clean and provides god value for money.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.The atmosphere was comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We also appreciated the delicious complimentary cookies they were a lovely touch and tasted amazing.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

I like the cookie give a way. It's a plus for me. Room is too big and the bed was very comfortable. Towels and bathrobes were all brand new and smells fresh. A lot of parking spaces. Location is too far from the City Centre Metro. I thought it would be easy to reach this out but a bit far from the metro. You also need to pay 500dir or more for using the Jacuzzi. And the receptionist on the top floor was playing a music that is not appropriate for the spa. The lobby receptionist was a little bit busy with some other things while I am still waiting to be accommodated, printer was not working so well could be the reason. I understand that the hotel is under renovation, but I hope this comment will be considered because I have high expectations esp. this is from Hilton's chain hotels.
