People are extremely professional

It’s a bit dated. Ok for a short stay, I feel it is more business hotel than family hotel. The staff are very friendly and tried to make is happy. The bathroom is very clunky, there is a huge bath that takes a lot of space and the shower is tiny. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was spacious, but there was no kitchen area, it would be nice to have. There were just tea/coffee facilities for 2.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We book a room for 4 people that almost didn't fit 3 people. It should be sell for 2 people instead of giving the option to be booked for 4 people. It only has a big king bed

The spa (steam and sauna) doesn't have resting beds, feels very odd to rest on the hanging room bench.

Location is very close to the train station I’ve stayed many times at Fairmont Dubai but in last couple of times i can see they have downgraded the room amenities and the breakfast variety and quality

Everything , from Youssef the receptionist to all the staff, very welcoming and gave positive vibes, the hotel is very clean as well. I recommend ?? NA

Location, comfortable and spacious rooms. Quality of all products. Housekeeping staff excellent and polite. Valet parking. Breakfast very mediocre in terms of selection and spread was simple and basic. The pool timings show 7am to 1 pm for the sunrise pool but it only opens at 9:30 am. Needs to be updated. The pool itself should have an indication of the depth, but I found no mention. One strange instance - the receptionist ‘Hope’ was meant to call me in a few minutes after confirming that the kids area was opened- this was 10:15 am. I sent my wife and kids to the play area at 10:30am. She calls back around 11:30am and apologizes and says that she was getting the kids area sanitized. My kids were there from 10:35 am, there was no supposed sanitization… so unnecessarily lied rather than just apologize for the oversight.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The service was exceptional, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the room was luxurious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is amazing and close to everything, and the overall atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. Nothing at all, everything exceeded my expectations.

The reception and staff were absolutely amazing. Their warm welcome, constant smiles, and genuine friendliness made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place—you’ll feel more like a friend than a guest.

The location Ac is very poor, was not working in our room.. When requested to transfer to another room, water heater in shower was bad.. it was extremely crowded. Breakfast in restaurant is overrated

Lovely location, close to everything. The staff weren’t cooperative, many problems appeared in our rooms, and they weren’t answering any calls. Valet parking was also a big problem. The car took ages to come, and they don’t take the car from the main entrance; you have to literally pass it to them from the backside. The pools are so small, and the breakfast wasn’t top-notch. Overall, it didn’t feel like a five-star experience.
