The hotel’s location is excellent. It is very close to Dubai Mall, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and a pharmacy just below the hotel, making everything very convenient. We had a slight misunderstanding with the front desk staff. We arrived very early after a long drive and were quite tired, but we were told we had to pay an additional fee for early check-in because our room was not yet available. Unfortunately, we didn’t find the staff very accommodating in this situation. There were also extensive roadworks around the hotel during our stay. Although the location on Sheikh Zayed Road is great, the construction caused heavy traffic and made entering and leaving the hotel inconvenient. The breakfast was another disappointment. The dining area was quite small and felt very warm, and the selection of food was limited with very few options.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, beautiful room and the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Our room came with daily Happy Hour, and that was a lot of fun with daily rotation of menus. Perfect for our honeymoon retreat. N/A

The restaurant is amazing with variety of themed food for dinner buffet. Lively location, nice lobby with good vibes. The entrance gets crowded with cars often, we had issues dropping off and hopping on due to full service road. Needs better traffic management.

The location of the hotel is good. Pool area is recently renovated. When we first checked in we had to change the room twice as the first room smelled really bad due to the previous guest which was apparently cooking food with heavy spices and made the room smell like chutney. Room was in a bad condition and the housekeeping shouldn’t have allowed any guest to check in to it. We then got shifted to a smoking room which i guess you could imagine how the hallways and room smelled. Later the manager in duty apologized and admitted that both rooms were in a condition not ready to guests to be check in and that he will “investigate” with the housekeeping about how they informed the reception that the rooms are ready and they are not. We then got shifted to a third room which was good. The hotel was situated close to Dubai Exhibition center and was busy at the time of the stay. But this doesn’t justify being a mess and overall cleanliness of the hotel to be chaotic.

Friendly staffs, great food. The breakfast is excellent ! Various options to eat. Shower temperature too extreme, toilet flush not working well, sink seemed like be obstructed.

I liked how friendly the staff were and the location. Could be cleaner esp daily cleans. I felt the room and bathrooms esp were not that clean. I found hairs in the shower and a few on the towels.
